A lap quilt for me?

Another (almost) finished project. I have loved these colors and have been holding on to these fabrics for quite some time now. Waiting for the perfect project. I love the combination and everytime someone has asked me "who is that blanket for?" I have said "It's for me! I never make anything for myself anymore!"

Well, I am seriously thinking of giving it to my housekeeper for Christmas. She complimented on the color scheme the other day, so.... I have just enough time to put on the finishing touches before Christmas...

Someday I will sew something for myself....
